“Above and beyond” is how I would summarize Frank Adam’s services as a Realtor. Selling your house turned out to be quite different from selling other things. We found ourselves much more emotionally involved in the process than expected, and consequently had many more questions than anticipated. Frank answered all questions patiently and diligently, and made all our concerns disappear. It is of great help that, in addition to being a realtor, he is also an attorney and accountant, which means he understands legal and financial/tax consequences much better than an ordinary realtor would. Frank gave us advice on how to properly stage our house (he even found staging furniture and organized its pickup), got the house listed, organized a great, very thorough photo and video shoot, marketed the house, organized open houses, did all communications with potential buyers, and got our house sold exactly two months after it was listed. Frank really took the stress out of the process for us, and we couldn’t be more satisfied with his services.
